Subject: [ChildCare-Parents] Playground Work Day - Saturday 11/8

Dear Friends - We NEED your help this Saturday, 11/8 from 9 to 12  noon, as 
we tackle our beloved playground.  Coffee, doughnuts, and  pizza for lunch will 
be provided. 
 
JOBS FOR WORK DAY:  1.  Hang signs on the  Dragons' door, the large climber, 
and the fence.      2.  Repair the drywall in the play house.      3.  Fix the 
play house heart  window.     4.  Replace protective  caps, and pound down 
the ones that have raised up.  5.  Re-paint the line on the sidewalk.      6.  
Plant large tree in planters.   7.  Paint the shed.  8.  Weed the  butterfly 
garden.  9.  Remove brush that is growing  next to the shed.  10.  Clean out the 
shed and the  playhouse.  11.  Fix the latch on the fence.   12.  Install 
stronger hooks on the doors to the  playhouse.  13.  Dig up the root in the  
sandbox.  14.  Install the Dynacushion at the foot of  the slide.  15.  Spread 
wood chips.   16.  Flip the seat on the teeter totter.   17.  Build shelves.  18. 
 Make  sanding blocks.  19.  Build window screens for  Dragons 1.  20.  Sand 
large logs.
 
This work day is a great occasion to meet other parents, help reduce costs  
for the center, and to have a good time!  Try to come for an hour or  longer if 
your schedule permits!  Bring your children, bring your  neighbors, bring 
your friends!
